Rodolfo holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from IMT-Mauá (Brazil) and an MBA from FGV-SP/Columbia Business School. He served in various capacities for 18 years at the Odebrecht Organization (Braskem and the holding company from 1982 through 1999), primarily on technology, business and commercial planning, investor relations and structured finance areas. Rodolfo left Odebrecht in 1999 and founded MZ Group, where he was CEO until 2017, now its Chairman of the Group and Value Strategist at MZ.
